Summer Bootcamp
Experience JE THRIVE in London!
Our summer bootcamp is back for 2 weeks!
The workout itself will run for about 1 hour.
The workouts will include a mixture of resistance, bodyweight and partner movements.
Before the workout starts, there will be an event briefing and a group warm up.
