Summer Bootcamp

Experience JE THRIVE in London!


Our summer bootcamp is back for 2 weeks!

The workout itself will run for about 1 hour. The workouts will include a mixture of resistance, bodyweight and partner movements. Before the workout starts, there will be an event briefing and a group warm up. Bring your friends or come solo and join the THRIVE TRIBE! This event is perfect for London-based fitness enthusiasts looking to challenge themselves, meet new like-minded people, and sample what a JE THRIVE workout is all about.
