

Movement is more than just lifting weights in the gym. We are all about getting outside, breathing in the fresh air and challenging your body in new ways. We combine lots of movement styles because our bodies are made to move in multiple directions, paces and styles.
Jordan and Ellie are both highly trained and passionate in a variety of disciplines. Depending on the group sometimes we offer two different sessions at the same time. The workouts will include running, hiit, conditioning, pilates, boxing and more.
All of our workouts are programmed to be challenging to each individual. We will give you progressions and regressions where needed depending on your fitness level.
In order to get the best from a Thrive retreat it is best to come with a decent base level of fitness. As long as you move regularly at home and are up for getting stuck into what we throw at you with workouts and adventures, then what are you waiting for!
